AI Video Review can now use the
job description
,
scorecard
,
interview questions
, and
candidate responses
to generate role-specific ratings and takeaways. Reviewers can quickly identify the strongest candidates and understand how they align with what matters most for the role.
New AI capabilities
  • Key takeaways at a glance:
New AI-generated takeaways organize findings into
    pros
    ,
    concerns
    , and
    further review
, making it easier to understand what stands out and what your team may want to validate before making a decision.
  • Rate interview questions:
AI Video Review can rate a candidate’s answer based on the job description and provide the rationale behind the rating.
  • Evaluate candidates using the job description:
A scorecard isn’t a must. If one isn’t provided, AI Video Review evaluates candidates against the qualifications and traits identified in the job description.
  • Evaluate candidates against the scorecard:
When a scorecard is provided, AI Video Review rates each trait using the job description and candidate responses.
  • Understand the reasoning behind every rating:
Expand any rated factor, trait, or question to see what the AI evaluates and the key insights informing the rating.

We’ve added two new metrics to the Analytics page and Job Overview page to help recruiting teams better understand how quickly assessments move through their hiring process.
With
Time to submit
and
Time to evaluate
, teams can now see how long it takes candidates to complete an assessment and how long it takes hiring team members to review it. These insights make it easier to spot delays, improve responsiveness, and keep hiring on track.
What’s new
  • Time to submit:
Track how long it takes candidates to submit an assessment after it’s assigned.
  • Time to evaluate:
See how long it takes hiring team members to review completed assessments.
  • Better visibility into bottlenecks:
Identify where delays are happening so your team can take action sooner.
  • View performance by job or across jobs:
Monitor assessment turnaround times at the individual job level or across multiple jobs for a broader view of team performance.
