Align AI Video Review factors with job requirements

AI Video Review now lets you tailor scoring for each job by marking factors as Required, Nice-to-have, or Not required. This gives hiring teams more control over scoring by aligning the competencies and personal qualities with your requirements for the role.
How it works
Configure factor importance directly from the job’s Assessments tab
AI Video Review scores new submissions based on the selected importance of each factor
