Predictive Talent Assessment on Recruit
The Predictive Talent Assessment is now built directly into Recruit, providing hiring teams with a powerful, science-backed way to evaluate a candidate’s potential for success in specific roles. The assessment helps you identify high-potential candidates by assessing behavioral competencies, motivations, and traits proven to predict job success.
With the Predictive Talent Assessment embedded in your hiring workflow, you can invite candidates, review scores, and download hiring reports all from Recruit.
How it works
- Add a Spark Hire step to your position workflow and select Predictive Talent Assessment.
- Choose a behavioral profile that fits the role.
- Start the assessment manually or enable auto-start to invite candidates as soon as they reach the step.
- Candidates complete a short, desktop/mobile-friendly assessment and scores are calculated automatically.
- See the assessment scores on the candidate list, open the full report in the Evaluation tab, or download the Hiring report PDF directly from Recruit.

- Recruit admins can now manage their entire recruiting tech stack from a single place.
- Instantly see which apps are active, review detailed descriptions, and understand permissions before connecting.
- Enjoy a faster, cleaner interface with clear setup steps and consistent layouts across all integrations.

Admins can now control when team members see each other’s evaluations—before, after, or never—based on role permissions. The new Hide team evaluation feature helps teams reduce bias and promote fair, independent assessment reviews, creating a more objective and reliable hiring process.
How it works
- Admins can set different visibility permissions for Admin, Standard, and Evaluator roles.
- For Standard and Evaluator roles, Admins can choose from three permission levels: “Can always see,” “Can see after submitting their own,” or “Cannot see” evaluations.
- When evaluations are hidden, users see a count of completed reviews and tooltips explaining limited visibility.
