Build consistent, structured evaluations across your hiring process without reinventing the wheel.

- Evaluating culture fit for all roles
- Assessing leadership skills for management positions
- Measuring technical proficiency in engineering interviews
- Reviewing communication and collaboration for client-facing roles
How it works
- Build a library of reusable scorecards
- Assign scorecards to step templates or individual interviews

Admins can now control when team members see each other’s evaluations—before, after, or never—based on role permissions. The new Hide team evaluation feature helps teams reduce bias and promote fair, independent assessment reviews, creating a more objective and reliable hiring process.
How it works
- Admins can set different visibility permissions for Admin, Standard, and Evaluator roles.
- For Standard and Evaluator roles, Admins can choose from three permission levels: “Can always see,” “Can see after submitting their own,” or “Cannot see” evaluations.
- When evaluations are hidden, users see a count of completed reviews and tooltips explaining limited visibility.

Meet
Evaluator role
The new Evaluator role enables better collaboration between recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders by allowing limited-access participation directly within the platform. Instead of relying on restricted sharelinks, teams can now invite evaluators to review candidate assessments, provide feedback, and participate in discussions while maintaining control over what information they can access.
How it works
- The Evaluator role is specifically designed for team members who need to review and evaluate candidates without full platform access.
- Recruiters can invite hiring managers and stakeholders to submit feedback directly in Meet using all evaluation tools, scorecards, and discussion comments.
- Evaluators can only view candidates and assessments for jobs they’re assigned to, ensuring privacy and data security.
