Audit logs

Audit Logs provide a structured, programmatic way to track access-related actions and changes across Recruit. With detailed records of events, you can now monitor activity for compliance, security, and operational visibility.
How it works
  • Access structured audit log events via a dedicated API endpoint
  • Track access activity, including logins, user additions/removals, role changes, and API access updates
  • Pull audit logs into your SIEM to centralize visibility, detect suspicious access patterns, and support incident response workflows

Hiring moves fast and the “right” amount of notifications looks different for everyone. Recruiters may want instant alerts the moment feedback is submitted, while hiring managers might only want updates on key events across roles they oversee. What’s new
  • Choose what you’re notified about
    – Control notifications across key hiring areas like tasks, interviews, offers, candidate activity, status changes, and more, so you don’t miss critical updates.
  • Pick your preferred delivery channel
    – Get notifications where you work best: Email and/or Slack.
  • Admin controls for teams
    – Admins and Owners can configure notification preferences for others in the company, helping standardize team workflows and keep managers in the loop without extra setup.
