How It Works
With Employee-Only Positions, you can make roles visible just to your employees before opening them up to external candidates.
- Flexible publishing:Recruiters can publish positions as employee-only or switch to a public posting with a single click.
- Seamless access to employee-exclusive opportunities:Employees can browse employee-only positions and apply with ease.
- Clear distinction between internal and external roles:Employee-only positions are marked with an "Employee only" badge, making the internal mobility process clear and efficient.

Download Reports for the Assessments List
You can now export reports from the new Assessments list, with support for all assessment types, not just One-Way and Live Interviews.
What’s New
- Export data for every type of assessment in one file
- Assessment-specific fields added for better clarity
- Field names now match what you see in-platform
- Send reports to any email address you choose
- The Download Report button has moved to the top of the page
Still using the legacy Interviews list? Your reports will only include One-Ways and Live Interviews and will still be sent to your user email. To export data across all assessment types, head to the new Assessments list.

We’ve added Filter bookmarks to Analytics reports, allowing you to save and revisit your preferred filter combinations.
How It Works
Whether you're tracking your department’s activity or switching between views for different teams, Bookmarks make it easier to get back to the data that matters most.
- Save filters for your department, location, or other key fields
- Create multiple filter bookmarks for different use cases
- As a report owner, set a default filter bookmark for others

- Invite links are now created and managed when you click into the Job.
