Automated Reference Checks Enhancements
Automated Reference Checks now collect more details on the candidate and their references, without any additional steps. All info is displayed directly on the candidate profile, adding more context to your assessment of the candidate’s experience and the feedback provided.
What’s New
When candidates submit their references, they will have the option to add additional details:
- Job information – company name and job title
- Relationship to candidate
- Reference phone number

Internal Requirements for AI Resume Review
You can now add internal requirements to a position, hidden criteria that AI Resume Review uses to rank candidates more accurately. For instance, you might want candidates to have experience at a top-tier tech company or a history of promotions within their previous roles. These criteria are only visible to your hiring team and never shared with candidates.
How It Works
- Add internal requirements in the Position Details tab.
- AI Resume Review automatically includes them when scoring and ranking candidates.
- You’ll see the results in the Evaluation and Application tabs and on the Interview Brief page.

UKG Pro Integration
Recruit now integrates with UKG Pro, making it easier to transfer hired candidate information straight to your HR system.
How It Works
When you mark a candidate as Hired in Recruit, their details, like name, job title, and start date, are automatically synced to UKG to create a new employee record. This helps reduce manual data entry and keeps your HR and hiring teams in sync.
