Reviewing One-Way Video Interviews can take time, especially when dealing with positions with high numbers of candidates to assess. To help you speed up review and evaluation, we’ve added AI-generated summaries for interview responses.
How It Works
Each candidate's response now includes a short, clear summary:
- Review key insights before deciding which submissions to watch
- Speed up reviews by focusing on the responses that matter most
- Collaborate more effectively with shared, easy-to-scan takeaways

Getting Started
To get started, enable AI Summary in your Job settings. Once enabled, you will see the AI Summary for new One-Way Video Interview submissions in:
- Email notifications about a completed interview
- In the Candidate profile
- On the Assessment viewer page.

We've added dynamic time-based filters to Recruit Analytics reports so you can move faster without constantly resetting date ranges
How It Works
These new filters include:
- Current periods:This month (MTD), This quarter (QTD), This year (YTD)
- Previous periods:Last year, Last quarter, Last month
Looking to review last month’s hires or track the current quarter’s trends? Save these filters as your defaults to get quick access to the right data for you.

You can now include salary-related fields in Recruit Analytics export reports, making it easier to plan budgets and analyze compensation based on candidate expectations and position salary ranges
How It Works
