Get started with Predictive Behavioral Assessment in minutes. AI Assistant can use your job description to suggest a ready-to-use behavioral profile for the role, which you can use as-is or customize before sending invitations.
Getting started
When inviting candidates to Predictive Behavioral Assessment or visiting your job’s Assessments tab:
Select Create new > Create with AI
Review the suggested profile and why each competency was selected
If an existing standardized profile matches the job description and requirements, AI Assistant may recommend that profile instead
Use the suggested profile or choose Edit
 to customize it
