Display Personal Characteristics

These characteristics, which represent an individual’s key motivations and habits, are now visible in Candidate Profiles and the Hiring and Coaching reports. They highlight up to 10 of a candidate’s strongest motivations and habits, offering a new way to assess cultural fit and personalize coaching strategies. Coaching guidelines are included to help managers support candidates based on their individual traits. Because these characteristics are independent of specific profiles, they’re especially helpful as you go through initial Predictive Talent Assessment testing with your internal employees.
