The Predictive Talent Assessment is now built directly into Recruit, providing hiring teams with a powerful, science-backed way to evaluate a candidate’s potential for success in specific roles. The assessment helps you identify high-potential candidates by assessing behavioral competencies, motivations, and traits proven to predict job success.
With the Predictive Talent Assessment embedded in your hiring workflow, you can invite candidates, review scores, and download hiring reports all from Recruit.
How it works
  • Add a Spark Hire step to your position workflow and select Predictive Talent Assessment.
  • Choose a behavioral profile that fits the role.
  • Start the assessment manually or enable auto-start to invite candidates as soon as they reach the step.
  • Candidates complete a short, desktop/mobile-friendly assessment and scores are calculated automatically.
  • See the assessment scores on the candidate list, open the full report in the Evaluation tab, or download the Hiring report PDF directly from Recruit.

Hiring moves fast and the “right” amount of notifications looks different for everyone. Recruiters may want instant alerts the moment feedback is submitted, while hiring managers might only want updates on key events across roles they oversee. With the new Notification settings, you can tailor notifications to your workflow for less noise and more signal, helping teams stay accountable, move faster on follow-ups, and keep better visibility into hiring activity.
What’s new
  • Choose what you’re notified about
    – Control notifications across key hiring areas like tasks, interviews, offers, candidate activity, status changes, and more, so you don’t miss critical updates.
  • Pick your preferred delivery channel
    – Get notifications where you work best: Email and/or Slack.
  • Admin controls for teams
    – Admins and Owners can configure notification preferences for others in the company, helping standardize team workflows and keep managers in the loop without extra setup.

Build consistent, structured evaluations across your hiring process without reinventing the wheel.
With the Scorecard library, you can create and manage reusable scorecards and assign them by interview step or position to make sure each interviewer evaluates the right traits as part of their interview. Reusable scorecards are perfect for common assessments across your organization, for example:
  • Evaluating culture fit for all roles
  • Assessing leadership skills for management positions
  • Measuring technical proficiency in engineering interviews
  • Reviewing communication and collaboration for client-facing roles
How it works
  • Build a library of reusable scorecards
  • Assign scorecards to step templates or individual interviews
  • Align your team around consistent candidate evaluation across the organization
