Internal Requirements for AI Resume Review

You can now add internal requirements to a position, hidden criteria that AI Resume Review uses to rank candidates more accurately. For instance, you might want candidates to have experience at a top-tier tech company or a history of promotions within their previous roles. These criteria are only visible to your hiring team and never shared with candidates.
How It Works
Add internal requirements in the Position Details tab.
AI Resume Review automatically includes them when scoring and ranking candidates.
You’ll see the results in the Evaluation and Application tabs and on the Interview Brief page.
