Spark Hire Recruit now supports a secure MCP connection, allowing teams to connect Recruit with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. Users can ask natural-language questions about live candidate data, better understand their pipeline, prepare for interviews, identify bottlenecks, and more, without leaving the AI tools they already use.
