Position layout & design updates

We’ve refreshed the position layout for additional control and a smoother workflow. Additionally, navigating through candidate data is now faster and visually cleaner.
What changed?
Candidate list view that sticks
 – Switch between card and list views, and Recruit remembers your choice as you browse positions so you do not have to toggle each time
Unified filters panel
 – All filters live in one panel, so you can pick options and refine in one place with fewer clicks
Cleaner evaluation layout
 – Same features, fresher look, making key details easier to scan so reviews go faster
Better colors and contrast
 – Text and icons are easier to read, improving comfort and accessibility for everyone
