Admins can now control when team members see each other’s evaluations—before, after, or never—based on role permissions. The new Hide team evaluation feature helps teams reduce bias and promote fair, independent assessment reviews, creating a more objective and reliable hiring process.
How it works
  • Admins can set different visibility permissions for Admin, Standard, and Evaluator roles.
  • For Standard and Evaluator roles, Admins can choose from three permission levels: “Can always see,” “Can see after submitting their own,” or “Cannot see” evaluations.
  • When evaluations are hidden, users see a count of completed reviews and tooltips explaining limited visibility.
