Whether you're reaching out to top talent on LinkedIn or sourcing passive candidates on other platforms, the Leads Management feature helps you track and manage passive candidates before they enter your hiring pipeline.
How It Works
- Work seamlessly with LinkedIn:Import leads from LinkedIn using the Chrome extension or the LinkedIn Recruiter integration and communicate over LinkedIn InMail directly from the candidate profile in Recruit.
- Activate your talent database:Discover former candidates who are a fit for an open role using the Advanced Search, and add them as leads to your search.
- Update their statuses: Keep a pulse on how each lead is progressing through the outreach cycle with the outreach status.
- Convert leads to candidates: Once a lead shows interest, seamlessly convert them into a candidate to begin the hiring process.
- Reporting: Gain valuable insights into the sourcing process, and measure team performance with detailed lead management reports.

Getting Started
There are a few ways to add leads to Recruit: manually, from a previously rejected candidate, or with the sourcing extension for Chrome.
