How It Works
Work seamlessly with LinkedIn:
 Import leads from LinkedIn using the Chrome extension or the LinkedIn Recruiter integration and communicate over LinkedIn InMail directly from the candidate profile in Recruit.
Activate your talent database:
 Discover former candidates who are a fit for an open role using the Advanced Search, and add them as leads to your search.
Update their statuses
: Keep a pulse on how each lead is progressing through the outreach cycle with the outreach status.
Convert leads to candidates
: Once a lead shows interest, seamlessly convert them into a candidate to begin the hiring process.
Reporting
: Gain valuable insights into the sourcing process, and measure team performance with detailed lead management reports.
Getting Started
There are a few ways to add leads to Recruit: manually, from a previously rejected candidate, or with the sourcing extension for Chrome.
