Evaluator role

The new Evaluator role enables better collaboration between recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders by allowing limited-access participation directly within the platform. Instead of relying on restricted sharelinks, teams can now invite evaluators to review candidate assessments, provide feedback, and participate in discussions while maintaining control over what information they can access.
How it works
The Evaluator role is specifically designed for team members who need to review and evaluate candidates without full platform access.
Recruiters can invite hiring managers and stakeholders to submit feedback directly in Meet using all evaluation tools, scorecards, and discussion comments.
Evaluators can only view candidates and assessments for jobs they’re assigned to, ensuring privacy and data security.
