How It Works
- Built-In Comparisons- Benchmarks are automatically available for KPIs involving percentages or time-based metrics.
- Data-Driven Insights- Spot gaps and opportunities to improve your hiring strategy
Getting Started
Go to a report, click the three-dot menu, and toggle on Display Benchmarks. Once enabled, you'll see a Benchmark icon in your reports.
