When you invite a candidate to select a time for their interview, Spark Hire AI suggests a follow-up message that you can enable with a click.
How it works
Enable a follow-up email when sending a self-scheduling invite
Start with text suggested by Spark Hire AI and edit it as needed
Choose when the follow-up should be sent if the candidate does not respond
Spark Hire will cancel the scheduled follow-up if it’s no longer needed, such as when the candidate responds, schedules the interview, or is no longer in progress
