Auto-send self-scheduling invites
When enabled, self-scheduling invites are sent to candidates when they reach an interview step. Use this feature for interviews where each candidate who passes the previous step should be invited to select a time, such as a screening interview. This helps teams spend less time on scheduling and move the hiring process forward faster.
How it works
- Set a weekly invite limit for automatically sent invites for each interview
- Select a message template for self-scheduling invites
- Self-scheduling invites are sent automatically when a candidate reaches an interview step
- Auto-send pauses when the weekly limit is reached, or no availability is found
- Auto-send resumes when the next week starts or availability opens up
