AI Notetaker enhancements

We’ve added new enhancements to

AI Notetaker

, currently in beta, to give teams and candidates more transparency and control. Teams can now request candidate consent before recording, manually add or remove AI Notetaker from an interview, and download interview transcripts for easy reference after the interview.

How it works

Request candidate consent:
Admins can ask candidates to choose whether they consent to recording before joining an interview
Add or remove AI Notetaker during an interview:
Interviewers can manually remove and re-add AI Notetaker from an interview at any time.
Download interview transcripts:
Teammates with access can download the full interview transcript. Currently available in English only.

AI Notetaker is currently in beta and is being gradually rolled out to customers on all plans. See our help article for more details.
